TikTok has global offices including Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore, Jakarta, Seoul, and Tokyo.

JD:

1. Monitor the quality of daily content to ensure community ecological security;

2. Evaluate content strategy of short videos, and contribute on deciding content direction;

3. Responsible for video moderation optimization, providing video collection/feedback, communicating with cross-function departments on Ecosystem Contents.

4. Capture up-to-date trends in and out app and provide suggestions for improvement on product function, operating direction and content creativity.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

1. Bachelor degree or above, proficient in English;

2. 1+ year working experience in Internet-related areas, familiar with local users and culture, highly sensitive to social issues;

3. Strong logical ability and familiar with office software, data processing or data analysis skills are plus;

4. Good teamwork spirit, positive working attitude;

5. Strong sense of responsibility, able to work well under pressure.
