Plan and manage performance campaigns on paid channels such as Facebook, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, other ads platforms...

Research and analyze the possibilities of the market as well as the potential of ads platforms.

Work closely with vendors/other ad networks to plan and optimize the campaigns.

Work closely with other functional teams (Marketing, Social, Operation), discuss and determine the appropriate Digital Marketing path to operate the big plan/campaign effectively.

Based on data analysis, providing actionable and valuable insights for stakeholders to improve and optimize as needed.

Track and analyze delivery data, provide analysis reports, and translate complex data analysis into simple language and use it to help with decision-making.

Any other responsibilities assigned by line manager.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

At least 1-year working experience in Digital Marketing: Facebook/TikTok/Google/ASA with proven success.

Have knowledge/experience in data analysis, strategic & tactical planning, problem-solving.

Detail-oriented and data-focused approach.

Able to work under high pressure, independently in a fast-paced environment.

Have a sense of responsibility, preciseness, diligence.

Fluent in English (TOEIC > 700 or equivalent).

Have in-app marketing experience and familiar with MMP tool (are pluses).

Understanding and passion for the mobile gaming industry is a big plus.
