Mô tả Công việc

1. Own the creative direction

• Lead and inspire the Creative Team to craft bold, thoughtful, and high-impact work.

• Set the tone for all things content - guiding voice, style, and storytelling across every touchpoint.

2. Shape our voice across channels

• Content Development: Research, write, and edit high-quality, engaging content across various platforms, including:

— Press releases, media alerts, and media pitches

— Website copy and landing page content

— Blog posts and articles (ghostwritten for clients or by-lined)

— Social media content (posts, campaigns, scripts)

— Speechwriting and talking points

— Brochures, newsletters, and marketing collateral

• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, media landscapes, and best practices in content marketing and public relations.

• Mentorship (as needed): Provide guidance and feedback to junior writers or team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

3. Collaborate to make cool ideas happen

• Work hand-in-hand with the PR & IMC team to co-create exciting campaigns for clients in various industries - from lifestyle to corporate.

• Participate in client meetings to present concepts, gather feedback, and ensure content meets their expectations.

• Jump into brainstorming, pitching bold ideas, and seeing your ideas come to life across brand moments.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• 5+ years of experience as a creative writer, copywriter, or content creator, preferably within a PR agency, marketing agency, or in-house communications department.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of written work, in both Vietnamese and English

• Proven ability to adapt writing style to suit different clients, industries, and target audiences.

• Strong understanding of public relations principles and how compelling content contributes to successful PR campaigns.

• Excellent research and interviewing skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AI tools

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field.
