Mô tả Công việc

Develop new solution and better experience: 65%

 Understand, translate user & business problems into elegant solution or product

 Execute the digital product vision by researching, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, mocking up the interaction and design idea

 Review the usability, visual language and integrity of the product regularly

 Implement and iterate on designs and flows to ensure consistency across project

 Manage and coordinate design guidelines, best practices and standards

Organize & report: 35%

 Planning & organization when needs

 Help shape the strategic vision and goals for the entire UX/UI design team

 Sharing, support for other team related to ideas, creative for more effective when doing project

 Provide regular, actionable performance feedback and reviews

 Monitor project schedules and ensure projects are delivered on time

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• Degree in Art, Design or any other related major

• Working experience in a similar position: 2-3 year-experience

• Actual experience in the Digital Marketing field: 1 year

o Detailed, organizational and time management skills;

o Proactive attitude and the ability to multi-task and set/meet aggressive deadlines

o High commitment.
