POSITION OVERVIEW This position is to perform a wide range of general support for the Managing Director with a highly responsible and confidential nature. Works on a variety of tasks, responsibilities and requests proactively, accurately and independently. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Marketing: 60% Support and follow-up marketing activities for Mango Digital Assist the MD in composing, reviewing internal and external marketing materials, articles, presentations. Build content plans for company’s fanpage & website, and in charge of day-to-day management Responsible for arrangements of networking events, seminars, workshops as relevant. Administration: 20% Keep track of the accounts, control and report to the MD Prepare, set up meeting, conference and business travel for the MD Coordinate with internal team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information Assistant: 20% Work with MD to coordinate and supervise daily operations Prepare and manage documents, memos for the MD Research information as needed and assist in translating certain documents Other duties as assigned by the Managing Director Benefit: Basic salary, 13th month salary Report to: Managing Director

University degree with a major in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, English or relevant field Good English skills Essential experience in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint. Essential experience with design tools - Photoshop, Illustrator. Knowledge of Social Media: Facebook, Google, Facebook, YouTube Good organisation and communication skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-moving environment Collaborative in teamwork Proactive and solution-driven High adaptability, detail oriented and responsible
