[HCM][Publisher] Zalo: Senior Traffic Acquisition

WHAT WILL BE YOUR KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES?

• Drive app mobile user acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Adwords and other online ads).
• Analyze data to optimize campaigns to meet user targets.
• Build and expand relationship with external partners, publishers and traffic sources to maximize ad traffic and rates.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop effective acquisition strategies.

YOU WILL BE A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE IF:

• Bachelor degree in BA or Economic related field.
• At lead 2 years working experience in app Distribution/Adnetwork or marketing analyst in Ecommerce/product online.
• Ability to conduct complex analysis and present data in a meaningful way.
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English.
• Open minded, flexible, and willing to listen for other people’s opinions.
