We are looking for Digital Marketing Executive.
Purpose:
We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial individual to help build D-Online brand, drive audience growth and engagement activities for online entertainment programming. This person will be responsible for the planning and execute ROMI based digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will demonstrate passion for brand building and a track record of using data to drive insights, set goals, and deliver quantifiable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Devise and execute strategies to build the D-Online brand and grow viewership by working through all aspects of brand and audience development.
- Design, build, maintain social media presence (ie implementing social media SEO tactics, SMS and Email based marketing campaigns to develop and increase the defined customer traffic, reach and engagement metrics
- Develop and monitor KPI’s for all digital marketing campaigns (views, traffic, social engagement, conversion rates, etc.) and ultimately the ROMI.
- Measure and analyze data during the campaign life cycle and the overall performance to provide insights (Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights) and key findings (web, social, YouTube, ) to senior management and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Requirements:
- Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Knowledge in online marketing, branding, social media marketing and copywriting are desirable
- Deep understanding of connected social media networks including a working knowledge of publishing to Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram and other platforms
- Good SEO, SEM and search-related data skills
- 3+ years' experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies
- Proven track record building audiences with media brands and publishers
- A creative and strategic individual who is passionate about TV and Entertainment industry and is comfortable working in a results-driven environment, able to multi-task, online media savvy, have a strong interest in video, and want to be part of an innovative team that is forging new ground
