REQUIREMENTS

Track Record
You have 7+ years creating delightful experiences (2+ years leading): branding, visual design, user interfaces, large scale websites, or applications—hands-on approach to creative/design and have a compelling portfolio of work.
Research Facilitation and Strategy
Familiar with frameworks and tools to quickly discover and ideate strategic models to solve complex problems via research and strategic thinking—ability to participate, lead and plan bespoke workshops and activities to gather requirements from clients and end-users.
UX Solutions and Frameworks
Expert at UX tools such as Research Surveys, User Journeys, Personas, etc.
Design Fundamentals and Tools
Expert at design solutions (e.g. Wireframes, Visual Design, Styleguides, etc) and proficient in the latest design tools (e.g. SketchApp, Photoshop, Keynote, etc).
Concept Ideation, Art Direction and Execution
Ability to utilise design functions to create unique art direction (e.g. Typography, Colours, Iconography, Retouching, etc).
Presentation and Storytelling
Ability to inspire, present and communicate ideas through proficient storytelling and writing (e.g. English and Local language) to defend designs decisions.
Prioritisation and Design Planning
Ability to understand SCRUM and work together with project managers/scrum coaches to create a design plan and deliverables.
Attention to detail
Fearlessly creative and meticulous about the quality of craft and attention to detail—self-motivated and committed to delivering consistently, independently or in a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ability to understand and translate briefs to come up with unique art direction and solutions
Lead multiple teams and work streams efficiently
Ensure growth, mentor and ensure welfare of team
Act as an authority and delegate tasks based on priority
Continuously evaluate productivity and identify initiatives within the company
Propel creative tech culture and be custodian of quality at Aleph
Manage quality or projects and deliveries from a creative standpoint
