JOB DESCRIPTION
MISSION
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling, developing and owning the sales process, focusing on a group of important consumers (Key Accounts) in order to achieve designated sales targets with sustainable customer success and retention.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build, manage and develop a direct sales team to achieve team target
- Prospect, consult and sign contracts with potential customers based on the agreed goal and plan
- Support customers to run campaigns successfully
- Manage the key account relationship and success to assure a high retention rate
- Accurately forecast and report opportunities as request, both tactical and strategic to the leadership team
- Commit and deliver the feedback to Product team, ensuring our platform is at the cutting edge of delivering new products and features that our Advertisers value
REQUIREMENTS
- Learn fast from mistakes
- Be aggressive to achieve the assigned goals
- Be good at selling, negotiating and relationship building skills
- Be focused with a persistence to achieve company, team and self-target
- Have a proven track record of sales that having met and even exceeded business targets
- At least 2 years of experience in building, managing and developing a B2B/key account sales team
- At least 3 years of experience in a marketing/media/digital sales/account position

Work time: 9:00- 18:00 From Monday to Friday, time is flexible as long as you deliver your task
