[HCM][Agency] Aleph Labs Viet Nam: Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in ideation process and prepare proposal alongside other teams.
  • Clearly define scope of work and put together campaign costing/campaign timeline based on that.
  • Oversee and ensure campaign delivery against timeline & KPIs.
  • Prepare and ensure actionable insights in all reports delivered to clients.
  • Hold regular WIP meetings/conference calls with key clients.
  • Develop and/ or maintain a strong work relationship with other relevant partner agencies.
  • Help to identify opportunities to implement solutions that increase the effectiveness and efficiencies including the development of tools, process and reports related to job responsibilities.
  • Continually explore and test new digital initiatives and tools.

The requirements:

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Abilities:

  • Three (2) years of digital marketing experience encompassing social media, platform campaigns and digital production
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing landscape in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
  • Excellent background and skills in managing sophisticated digital campaigns/programs across Paid, Earned and Owned Media.
  • Solid understanding of digital metrics and strong analytical & problem solving skills to create innovative solutions.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills in English are crucial.
  • Knowledge of different digital research tools
  • Team player who can work well with tight deadlines.
