Executive, Data Analyst - Retail Measurement Services (Based in HCMC)

The job brief

Maintain a client service orientation by managing day-to-day administration of client service and coordinating on analysis and reporting of assigned research projects.

Client Servicing

  • Maintain an accurate, complete, up-to-date and insightful client business profiles to be shared with senior management
  • Assist senior staff in delivering quality services to clients and ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications and at the same time meeting the company's quality standards
  • Assist in sales activities in conjunction with senior staff in terms of preparation of proposal and credential presentations
  • Communicate client needs to appropriate team members
  • Provide "in office" research, administrative and operational support to senior staff
  • Be directly accountable for work conducted for their nominated clients in terms of analyses, charting, etc
  • Ensure client service deliverables are aligned with the regional client service standards

Functional / Technical

  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date knowledge on research techniques and applications
  • Integrate multiple data sources to answer business issues
  • Perform quality checks on all reports for alignment to request, accuracy and correctness
  • Ensure standard operating procedures within area of responsibility are observed
  • Recommend improvements in work processes within area of responsibility

Desired skills and experience

  • Bachelor degree;
  • Good at communications skills in English and Vietnamese;
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience, client facing, marketing analyst, trade marketing in FMCG, auditing, research industry;
  • Good at analytic skill, presentation skill;
  • Entry level knowledge of Statistic and Microsoft Office applications

Executive, Project Management - Input Operations (Based in HCMC)

The job brief

Support Project Lead to initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control project activities in region/ nationwide scope to ensure timely, effective and efficient process as well as the strict implementation of global/ regional instructions and standards.

1. Project Management: Support Project Lead in

  • Addressing and solving stakeholders’ needs
  • Ensure data collection process to comply with Standard Operations Procedure
  • Ensure all project deliverables are met as planned within agreed quality, timeline and cost

2. Operations Management:

  • Coordinate with execution team members to execute the project and on top of project deliverables
  • Do frequent field visits to improve market knowledge and ensure project execution
  • Conduct project analysis/ initiatives for continuously improving and developing purposes

3. Stakeholder Management (internal/ external):

  • Manage stakeholders needs and expectations
  • Co-ordinate with stakeholders to plan and execute the projects

Desired skills and experience

  1. Education/Qualification: University degree
  2. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in project management
  3. Languages: English intermediate
