ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support sales team in development the Asia market.

  • Perform daily tasks, reports, projects and ensure Sales process, policies and guidelines run smoothly

  • Manage workflow, sale process and policies, CRM system to make sure sales process run in compliance

  • Cooperate and support subsidiary companies' sales teams in order to comply with group sale processes

  • Support the sales force with general operations to help reach team’s objectives

  • Keep track and filing of all proposals and customer notice to make sure that they are up to date.

  • Perform other duties assigned by Team Leader

REPORT TO: Business Director


REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 02 years experience in Sales/ Sales Support/ Sales Operation field with specific achievements, preferably in IT - Software Industry, B2B customer service, human resource, consulting..... or related industry.

  • Well versed in IT skills for example Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

  • University degree or above.

  • Fluently in English.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • High adaptability & detail oriented.
