Aleph is looking for a potential candidate that suitable for the position of Information Technology Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage information technology and computer systems
• Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operation
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
• Preserve assets, information security and control structures
• Able to manage google business account
• Coordinate with project team on setting up infrastructure and installing required software
• The position based mainly in Vietnam but support and work closely across the regions

Requirements

• Proven working experience as an IT Coordinator or relevant experience
• Knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
• Ability to manage personnel
