Mercedes-Benz Vietnam Ltd. (MBV) produces and sells passenger cars and commercial cars in Vietnam.
The Mercedes-Benz Vietnam Ltd. factory is located in Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City. The factory covers 105,000 square meters and has a production capacity of about 3,500 vehicles per year.
The factory includes a Training Center, which carries out sales, marketing and technical training courses to ensure a high level of employee competence.
Mercedes-Benz Vietnam has achieved certificates of ISO/TS 16949:2009 and ISO 9001:2008 in Quality Management System and furthermore ISO 14001:2004 in Environmental Management System.

Location: 693 Quang Trung Street, Ward 8, Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam

University degree in economics, marketing, journalism or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, public relations management or adjacent functional area in Automotive industry
Good knowledge of Mercedes-Benz, Daimler
Good at strategic thinking, analyzing , forecasting and planning
Strong leadership skills and ability to lead coordination and cooperation within team and across business functions
Good command of both English and Vietnamese
Good customer responsiveness, organizing skills and presentation skill
1.Strategic planning PC
- Marketing: Establish, supervise and control the correct implementation of marketing plan for Vietnam, in cooperation with dealers, sales managers and DC SEA
- Market research: Initiate & control market study on specific topics
- Public Relations:
•Initiate concept development for media to approach different angles
•Analyze PR activities to ensure the most effective media exposure.
2.Operational management PC
- Marketing plan:
•Plan and implement marketing events
•Advise and help dealers on event organization.
•Prepare and manage marketing and PR budget (including events, advertising, promotion, brochures, gifts and market research, seeding, clipping, advertorial/editorial campaigns)
•Allocate funds to events and campaigns.
•Decide advertising strategy in collaboration with DCAA sales managers & concerned managers in S&M department
•Supervise advertising campaign organization
•Support retailers on their local activities
•Decide on suitable medias for each campaign.
- Public Relations and Event organization:
•Develop the MCC concept to further steps in line with Com. strategy
•Build relationship with current members of MCC and recruit new celebrities suitable to MBV strategy
•Cooperate with MCC in marketing events/fashion events/charity
•Co-brand with celebrities’ projects to tighten the brand and product with attitude & style image and appealing to target customers
•Conduct sponsoring projects in line with MBV criteria
•Support and train dealer people in dealers PR event
•Initiate and guide the implementation of CRM programs at MBV and retailers (welcome package, RAoK, birthday gifts, etc.)
•Initiate programs for higher customer satisfaction (Mercedes Card).
4.Major events, including Product Launches & Motor shows
•Ensure communication to MBV potential customers on new product launching or motor shows successful
•Organize MBV launch events and support retailers in their local events.
