[HCM] [Agency] TRG International: Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager assists the Board of Management (BOM) in the creation and update of the Marketing strategy and drives: business growth through lead generation; brand awareness; customer loyalty; thought leadership and Market Research.

Your main responsibilities

1. Marketing strategy
• Assist BOM in creation of marketing strategies
• Assist BOM in update and maintenance of marketing strategies
• Develop and keep the marketing mix up-to-date

2. Market Information
• Conduct market research into target markets & competitor solutions and keep it up-to-date

3. Lead generation
• Supply qualified leads to sales teams
• Drive lead generation

4. Communication (Internal & External)
• Maintain relationships with business chambers, business groups, media, suppliers etc
• Generate PR
• Generate communication messages for internal & external use
• Implement a platform to enable a dialog with customers, collect all information related to customers in order to understand customers better

5. Generate content for inbound marketing and online and offline presence

6. Create and activate events for lead generation and brand awareness

7. Create and maintain brand standards, online / offline presence, marketing materials

Job Requirements

• University graduate, a Masters in Marketing may be advantageous
• At least 3 years of INBOUND marketing experience, 3 years in B2B Marketing
, 3 years experience in Management
• Good experience of SEO and SEM
• Good experience of Marketing automation tools

• Good experience of INBOUND MARKETING
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
