Responsibility:

1. Sales Information Management

• Attend Sales Meeting and writing meeting take note.
• Summary and update sales report
• Prepare Sales and Marketing Material
• Update new client information to clients network

2. Supports for Sales Manager and Sales Team

• Making Proposal, Quotation for Clients base on Sales Manager instruction
• Sending Booking and follow up Campaign Schedule
• Manage Campaign Report from Project Assistant
• Follow up Contracts and Invoice
• Response to contacts and urgent situation when Sales Manager is not available in office
• Support sales team in any team work project
• Report to Sales Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree
• Good at English (Reading, Listening, Writing, Speaking)
• Experience: Fresh Graduation (internship experiences is preferred)
• Calm, Careful, Detail Oriented, High Level of Initiative, Be Responsible, Trustworthy
• Skill of Solving Problem, Working under Deadline Pressure

Compensation:

• Salary: 6 million VND
• Allowances: Lunch in office, Motorcycle parking fee
• Other benefit base on Vietnam Labor Law
• Probation for 2 months
