T&A Ogilvy is looking for a PR Account Intern

Primary responsibilities:

• Translating: Translating and crafting press kit and media documents from Vietnamese to English, and vice versa.
• PR writing: Composing and developing PR materials (press release, advertorials, etc.) for various clients.
• Researching & reporting: Conducting market research and working on different types of reports (market analysis report, media clipping report, event reports, etc).

Secondary responsibilities:

• Administrative: Performing various administrative duties (contacting media, payment procedure, sorting documents, etc).
• Assisting: Support Senior Account Executive/ Account Executive in several daily tasks, during press conferences and PR events.
• Planning: Participating in integrated communication planning and pitching process for prospective clients.

Requirements

• Eye for detail, thirst for knowledge and dedication.
• Excellent written and verbal communications in both English and Vietnamese are crucial.
• Able to work full-time:

- Monday to Friday: 9:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

- Maximum off-hours for study: 6 hours/week
