[HCM][Agency] DNA seeks Senior Copywriter


A Senior Copywriter at DNA acts as a great communicator. It is your task to take clients’ business problems and create solutions that communicate the key facts to the reader in not only a clear and concise manner but also in an unconventional and resounding way. Whatever medium you are in, you are expected to cut through every other communication and information, entertain or create news appeal in such a way as to actively engage the reader and force them through a compelling argument to act.


Creative concept & strategy implement (50%)

  • Take part in brainstorming idea concepts. Collaborate with internal teams to develop on-brand concepts and experience plans that are not only relevant to the brief, brand and market needs but also able to communicating the magic through a story.

  • Develop and present strategic content planning, monthly content plans and storyboards of ideas in different content formats.

  • Come up with strategic content planning. Check all content being advertised.

Execution (30%)

  • Generate clear, persuasive, original copy and advertising messages for creative products. Modify copy to meet client’s requirements and satisfaction.

  • Maintain & develop effective relationships with related Departments as well as positive relationships with clients

Others (20%): Research & analyse the digital database, and spot the key info that supports the ideation process.


Experience & Knowledge:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Linguistics, Journalism or related fields.

  • 3-4 years of experience as a Copywriter or Content Writer. Familiarity with communication ideation, for both thematic and product campaigns.

  • Experience in creating brand communication platforms is a big plus.
