[HCM][Agency] DNA seeks Account Manager


DNA’s Account Manager plays the leading role in maintaining a strong working relationship with clients and in ensuring quality project outcomes in a timely and efficient manner.

One also acts as an active consultant who eagerly accompanies clients, understands their issues and gives best solutions possible to maintain their stability and accelerate their potential sustainable growth.


Account Management (50%):

  • Prepare, present & sell strategies, communication plan, creative concept and execution plan to clients.

  • Successfully lead team to run and manage the projects on a daily basis to deliver project quality, good profit and client satisfaction.

  • Be responsible for team’s KPIs (Billing and profit).

  • Be capable of allocating the budget effectively, judge the quotations and add value to the daily jobs to control the strategic direction, communication plan, creative concept and execution plan to client.

  • Foresee problems/issues/crises as they arise, seeking the best solution for team/company/client.

  • Support team to solve issues, problems during execution.

  • Build up source of external suppliers. Be able to negotiate and ensure margins.

  • Contribute to the planning of client strategy, service strategy and team strategy to build up a successful organization.

Client Service (25%):

  • Business Development: support SAM/AM to approach new clients to sell company credentials.

  • Strategy: Effectively work with team members to develop innovative ideas & strategic direction.

  • Client services: Develop relationships with potential clients, suppliers, talents and other valuable resources are met.

    • Consult with clients on project/category issues & provide actionable & proper digital solutions.

    • Negotiate and manage Clients on behalf of DNA Digital and make sure all requirements are delivered on time and beyond expectations.

Team Management (25%):

  • Lead, inspire and drive the team (incl. the internal team) to achieve the objectives (billing, profit, client building, people development and process improvement).

  • Lead by example and generate an environment of collaboration among the team.

  • Develop team by coaching and training to improve skills.

  • Contribute to working process improvement (internal, inter-companies and external).


Experience & Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ PR/ Communication is preferred or have credits in a communication course.

  • 4-5 years of experience working as an Account in the Communication field. At least 2 years of experience as a Senior Account Executive.

  • Have advance knowledge of branding, marketing & technical trend;

  • Have experience in good managing integrated digital campaign would be advantage;

  • Perfect in presentation skills, communication skills and technical skills;

  • Fluent English;

  • Good at Office skills.
