Key Accountabilities

  • Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
  • Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
  • Devise advertising campaigns that meet the client’s brief and budget.
  • Created SEO proposals based on strategic research for all client’s campaign.
  • Created content to publish on forums, blogs, social channels to increase the chance of visitor performing the desired call-to-action.
  • Analysis and building backlinks for websites
  • Managing and updating information for websites
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
  • Monitoring, assessing and reporting results ranking SEO keywords.
  • Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings
  • Optimize off-page SEO performance
  • Use user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization to turn visitors into more active users and to help improve website performance

Person Specification

  • At least 2 years’ experience of SEO/Google Ads and in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns. Worked at a digital agency is a plus.
  • Ability to use tools to support SEO: Google Webmaster Tools, Moz Open Site Explorer, Ahref, Google Analytics, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.
  • Good at Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
  • Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript to ensure a website is accessible and easy to follow and to increase engagement with visitors
  • Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
  • Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis
  • Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems
  • Compile and present SEO guidelines
  • Experience with other aspects of mobile application marketing is a plus
  • Good analytical skills as well as communication skills (oral and written)
