[HCM][Agency] TBWA Group Vietnam: Producer

ROLE:

To support Tequila by TBWA’s greatest move to the integrated full-stack communication agency, Producer plays an important role in this step. As the “bandmaster” of in-house production house, Producer will oversee the business and financial matters of the interesting YouTube VDO long-term production project.

Their main duties include hiring production staff, like Directors, Crew Members and Cast Members, building the budget for the production and gaining intellectual property rights.

He/ she will control and lead the activities of one or a number of support staff to achieve the required objectives within agreed budget and timetable.

He/ She will be expected to act as a source of knowledge, insight and information about his/her specialist sectors of production VDO services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• In charge of all tasks associated with video production and ensures that video projects are up to standard and completed on time and within the production budget
• Assisting agency’s creative team in the creation and refinement of topics, scripts and video direction
• Develop action plan for YouTube short VDO production from inception to completion, ensuring a project stays within budget and on schedule
• Auditioning and selecting cast members along with state or film crews
• Scheduling all tasks within the video production process
• Handling and planning for disruptions to the project
• Locating, checking, and booking shooting venues
• Directing cameramen, set designers, actors, and support staff
• Working with editors to oversee the project's finalization, managing the post-production process including overall tone, music selection, editing and special effects
• Meeting with relevant stakeholders to discuss the project.
• Ensuring that the production quality of the final product is top-notch.

REQUIREMENT:

• A minimum of 1-2 years' experience working on film sets or as part of a production team (experience in Vlog production/show for youth is a plus)
• Portfolio is required
• In-depth knowledge of video production processes, activities and skillset
• Skilled at negotiation, planning, and budgeting
• Able to lead a production crew and manage several tasks at once
• Calm under pressure and comfortable with a fast-paced work environment
• Problem-solving skills, deadline-focused, and goal-driven
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident, passionate, and professional
• Able to use Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, have basic knowledge about Adobe After Effect and Adobe Audition
