Who we are

We Create Content is a content marketing agency based in Hanoi, serving clients in Vietnam and the wider South-East Asian region. With bespoke content concepts, production, distribution and analytics, we help brands tell stories to meet their business objectives.

Role

You will identify, approach and respond to good-fit clients, extract and understand creative briefs, and work with agency colleagues to craft and pitch proposals. The Sales Support Executive will also be responsible for ensuring the client’s effective and satisfactory agency onboarding.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing and updating a weekly list of new business leads

  • Maintaining an organised and accessible filing system for new business, including leads, scripts, credentials, sales packs, etc

  • Keeping a track of your sales activity using the agency’s CRM

  • Reporting to the BOD on status of leads pipeline

  • Answering inbound customer inquiries, scheduling meetings, and following up with sales prospects

  • Identifying and approaching new business leads to extract creative briefs via telephone, email and social media conversations

  • Understanding who not to sell to and why

  • Scheduling, participating in and leading new business meetings

  • Liaising with the account management team to produce creative proposals and budgets in a timely manner

  • Recording sales trends and liaising with the BOD to develop sales strategies

  • Working with account management teams to ensure customer satisfaction during the agency onboarding process

  • Handling administrative duties for the company and its executives and management teams in relation to new business

Successful candidates will have

  • Proven experience and results working in Sales

  • Agency experience a bonus

  • Fluent in English language

  • Hands on experience with CRM systems

  • Proficiency with Google Workplace

  • In-depth understanding of sales principles, content marketing and customer service practices

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Analytical and multitasking skills

  • Teamwork and motivational skills

  • Pitching skills

  • Self-starting skills and initiative to get on with tasks

  • BS degree in Marketing or relevant field

  • Initiative - to be a self-starter and think laterally when problem-solving
