SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT:

  • Responsible for day-to-day client servicing of assigned accounts under the supervision of the Account Manager/Head of Client Services.
  • Assist in the preparation of materials for client meetings.
  • Develop meeting minutes and regular reports.
  • Handle assigned projects under the supervision of Account Manager - ensure effective inter-departmental job flow and on-time delivery.
  • Ensure accurate completion and authorization of initiating and supporting documentation.
  • Take responsibility for cost estimate/invoice control and queries with regards to finance.
  • Maintain complete and easily accessible data/document libraries for assigned accounts/projects.
  • Provide research to support your team’s and your clients’ knowledge and decision-making.
  • Assist in preparing and drafting campaign/new business proposals, as well as attending presentations.
  • Co-develop Creative/PR/Social execution plans in close collaboration with the respective departments following direction of department heads.
  • Help to create Creative briefs and Specialist task briefs, be part of the Strategic Planning together with Account Manager/Head of Client Services/MD.

CLIENT CONSULTING & FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT:

  • Develop trust with clients and deepen the consulting relationship.
  • Be critical in your thinking and constructive in your feedback.
  • Manage client budgets, invoicing and profitability of individual client accounts.

REQUIREMENTS

  • We prefer candidates with at least 2 years of experience in agency or marketing executive at client side.
  • Strong presentation, communications and negotiation skills
  • Team-player, good organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented, with good skills in analyzing & synthetizing information
  • Good written and communication in English.
  • Can-do attitude, positive thinking
  • Able to work under tight deadline and pressure.
  • Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner.
  • Multitasking
