About You
You are a Project Management (PM) lead, if:
You are passionate with realizing ideas, bringing powerpoint (or keynote) to life.
You are obsessed with details, you can’t stand if one piece is missing in a puzzle game.
You are structural thinker, you know how to resolve a chaos and put heaps of tasks in an order.
You have zero tolerance for low-quality outputs.
You hate missing deadlines.
You love engaging with people outside the office (shooting, event, hang-out with KOLs, etc.)

Responsibilities
Expertise:
- Give advice/support when the PM teams need.
- When problems occur, discuss with PM team and Business Lead to resolve.
- Can act as a PM (run project) when required
- Responsible for entire project implementation process, including:
- Manage project timeline, resource, cost & delivery
- Manage executional process of IMC channels (ATL, digital, social, PR)
- Handling client’s inquiry
- Reporting
Administration
- Manage PM in overall (hire, fire, promotion, development, etc.)
- Allocate workload appropriately among PM team member
REQUIREMENTS
- Years of experience Required: From 3 years in advertising & communication field. Additional experience in PR and IMC communications would be a plus;
- Entrepreneur spirit, willing to support agency’s business development and extension;
- Self-development to stay up to date on business and related development;
- Proactive dynamic and professional;
- Ability to work independently under high pressure and at high level of time and self-management;
- Excellent English communication (written and oral) skills.
