[HCM] [Agency] HAKUHODO: Looking for Copywriter

OVERALL VIEW OF THE JOB

This position is responsible for producing content and proposing communication plans for the client’s campaigns (mainly in the FMCG industry). This role also includes managing content quality by working closely with internal teams and clients, troubleshooting content issues, and giving a presentation about the copywriter’s works to clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION

30%

  • Cooperate with Art Director to produce all content for the campaign by developing directions for staff/ suppliers
  • In charge of developing and producing the campaign’s communication plan from planning, shooting, and amplifying every quarter on all platforms: TV program, website, digital, booklet, etc.
  • Must know how to troubleshoot throughout all the stages of creation, production, and amplification
  • Ensure content quality for all campaign outcomes

  • 30% - Cooperate with other Creative Team members, Client Service team, Digital team (internal), and supervise suppliers consistently
  • 30% - Obtain client approval by presenting the campaign’s final work, responding to client commentary and requests
  • 10% - Report to line managers frequently

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Background: Working in the Advertising/ Filming/ TV program industry

2. Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Copywriter/ Scriptwriter in a Digital Media agency
  • Good experience in Advertising film production/ TV program production
  • Deep understanding and rich experience in FMCG Advertising, especially food
  • Experience in Japanese agencies/ companies is preferred

3. Knowledge & Skill
