OVERALL VIEW OF THE JOB

The Account Director is responsible for taking lead 360o Communication Campaign and connecting effectively with the client & internal team. This position also requires coaching for junior team members.

JOB SUMMARY

  • Client
  • Internal: teammates, Japanese BOD, Strategy, Creative, Media, Digital, Finance, and Back-office
  • External: Production House, Suppliers, etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Main Duties

  • 40% – Lead the team and integrate all necessary departments for pitching proposals (IMC campaigns, Creative direction)
  • 30% – Communicate with the client (get brief, budget, explore brief, etc.) and measure Billing & GP
  • 20% – Track sales & GP performance
  • 10% – Coach team

2. Occasional Duties

  • Join into internal training board
  • Support other teams when needed
  • Direct meeting with BOD

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Background

  • A through-the-line background/ experience
  • Digital background

2. Experience

  • At least 7-9 years of experience in the Marketing & Communication industry
  • Previous position: Account Director/ Senior Account Manager

3. Knowledge

  • Have knowledge in Communication, Marketing, and Research
  • Having knowledge of Business Development is a plus

4. Skills

  • Deliver diversified business-driven solutions ranging from creative to IMC campaign
  • Logical & Critical thinking, problem-solving, and solution provider
  • Planning skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Be able to communicate fluently and effectively both in Vietnamese & English
  • Have leadership experience and organizational know-how
  • Have people skills and collaboration talent
  • Good coach for subordinators
