[HCM][Agency] Creasia: Business Developement Executive

I. JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop and plan business strategies to attain company’s sales goals and enhance business opportunities.
  • Attain sales forecast on sales to acquire quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
  • Identify and execute sales tactics to stimulate sales process forward with main accounts.
  • Identify opportunities for meetings with main decision-making personnel in service provider to stimulate sales process forward.
  • Lead sales business team to develop, implement, follow up and evaluate strategic sales plan.
  • Evaluate sales statistics to identify sales potential plus inventory requirements along with monitor customers’ preferences.
  • Manage potential customers across sales cycle beginning from initial identification to closure.
  • Develop proposals; specify scope of engagement, solutions, timing, issue, deliverables, and pricing.
  • Collaborate closely with operations to recommend practical solutions on process improvements.

II. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • At least 1 years’ experience with similar position at marketing, field service, staffing service company
  • Excellent client service skill and business development
  • Excellent commercial skills with attention to detail
  • Leadership skills and a positive attitude.
  • Independence and initiative.
  • A structured and disciplined approach to project management.
  • Fluent command of written and spoken English.
