[HCM][Agency] TBWA\ Group Vietnam: Senior Designer

YOUR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the design and production of graphic art and visual materials for print and digital media.
• Ensure that layout and design are aligned with brand and production standards and follow best practices.
• Oversee the creation and execution of design solutions including imagery, a key visual, and multimedia elements used for advertising and other forms of communication.
• Consult with account managers to conceptualize, scope, and develop project delivera- bles and timelines.
• Ensure designers have the tools and skills required to produce unique, high impact materials.
• Manage junior creative output to ensure consistency and quality of work delivered
• Prioritise workload to ensure teams’ demands are met and managed

Knowledge, skills and attributes

• At least 4 years of experience at Advertising agency

• Strong knowledge of design process and project management
• Great communication skills
• Ability to cope with stress
• Bachelor degree in a design-related discipline
• A passion for design and people
