[Ha Noi][Agency] AnyMind Group: Senior Strategic Planning Executive

What You'll Do:

Report to Strategic Planning Manager / Head of Strategic Planning on strategic deliverables to deliver the client’s marketing / communication objectives
Devise digital / social / influencer / IMC communication plans and be able to lead strategic part during pitching process
Confidently consult and grow intern/ junior planners in the team
Hands-on with the research and digital analytics tools to bring the understanding of the market, category and consumers to develop strategic insights
Contribute to new initiatives beyond the assigned tasks
Drive the creative team and the output with integrated communication plans
Integrate with the agency’s culture - principles and philosophy and apply it in every day work

Who You Are:

A recognized University Degree
Excellent communication skills in English.
At least 2 years of qualified strategic planning experience. Addition of 0.5-1 year of same position is preferred
Someone who loves challenges and committed to exploring, gathering, and defining the insights
Has a strong logical and creative mindset to come with strategic plans & creative inspiration
Someone who is excited about Marketing Technology
Has a good command over English and with strong interpersonal skills
A team-player, highly motivated, and committed
