OVERALL VIEW OF THE JOB
Senior Account Executive takes responsibility for daily communication with internal teams and clients to deliver work progress from the beginning steps until the end of the campaign. This position’s roles also consist of making reports, doing market & communication reviews.
JOB DESCRIPTION
50% – Involve communication in whole internal & external meeting: from beginning steps until ending a campaign
- Receive client’s brief
- Develop strategy
- Develop the creative idea
- Execute production
- Launching
30%
- Daily communicate with the client to deliver work – follow up feedback – debrief internal teams the client’s request
- Update leader and get advice to make sure understand the working process correctly before proceeding jobs
20%
- Paperwork (documents payment with client & supplier)
- Prepare reports for internal team and client
- Market & communication review (once a month to update client competitor’s activities and communication)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Have experience working in Japanese agency & Brand agency is highly preferred
- Have 2 years of experience working in an agency
- Previous positions: Account Executive
- Understand the working process at the agency & Japanese culture
- Have good knowledge about brand communication
- Having digital experience is a plus
- Have good communication skills
- Flexible, friendly, mature, honest, supportive, multi-tasking
- Quick action & good teamwork
- Excellence in negotiation & conviction
- Positive attitude, can work under pressure deadlines
- Have University Degree
