OVERALL VIEW OF THE JOB

As Strategic Planner at Hakuhodo you will be in charge of working independently in small projects & support manager, director in big projects with opportunity to involve in all aspects of advertising.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Build strategy & support to build strategy by - 60%

• Clarify client brief, understand client objectives from business POV.
• Collect all data needed to develop strategy approach
• Conduct researches and cooperate with research agency
• Based on all data & researches to analyse category, customer and company insights/ truths to develop strategy
• Create presentation & sell the strategy to internal teams and clients
• Occasionally work on Brand Health Tracking

2. Collaborate with other teams to bring strategy to life - 40%

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Background: Advertising Agency/ Research Agency (Prefer if have)

2. Experience (Prefer if have)

• 1 – 2 years of planning/ research experience
• Digital planning experience
• Copywriting skills

3. Knowledge

• Understanding about working in advertising agency (Prefer if have)
• Knowledge of marketing & communication
• Knowledge of consumer insights (Prefer if have)
• Understanding of touchpoints behaviour & activities (Prefer if have)

4. Skills

• Logical thinking
• Ability to communicate & explain things simply & logically
• Research skill (desk research, interview)
• Presentation deck crafting
• Presentation skill in English & Vietnamese
• Ability to cooperate smoothly with internal teams especially Client service & Creative teams
• Ability to handle pressure

5. Personality/Attitude

• Be a team player (Prefer if have)
• Collaborative mindset – willingness to help others and ask for help when needed
