JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Project development & management (40%)

Act as project leader for the medium projects
Work closely with project teams in each step of planning and execution to guarantee project status and identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project
Assure team’s KPIs (Billing and profit)
Allocate the budget effectively, judge the quotations and add value to the daily jobs to control the strategic direction
Ensure that the project team is making appropriate progress and output on a day-to-day basis.
Follow up with client to proceed liquidation, report and payment for the project

2. Leading R&D projects & marketing activities for Max Digital Agency (60%)

Follow processing of each R&D project team & push up all project finish on time
Take part in one of R&D project team & give idea for implementing new products or services for Max Digital team
Market research & develop relationship with other organizations on Agency side & Client side

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Number of years of experiences: 3+ years’ experience in account management. Solid digital background is a plus
Management (Plan-do-check-act) principles & leadership (role model of company’s core values, involved others in team decisions & actions, support team achieve goals)
Level of language proficiency: Good verbal, presentation-style and written communication skills in both English & Vietnamese
Soft skills/competencies: Excellent organizational and time management skills
Good understanding about brand communication and project management
Result-oriented, friendly, warm, willing to learn with a positive attitude

Salary: Basic salary 11 – 20 million VNĐ (depend on capacity, min 15.000.000 VNĐ) + Bonus; 13th salary, review salary 1 year;
