Position Summary

As a Junior Business Development Executive, you will help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will be dedicated to developing and implementing a successful sales strategy.

On the other side, you'll seek new business prospects in order to increase revenue, increase profitability, and assist the company in expanding. The objective is to achieve long-term financial growth through increasing revenue and building great client connections.

Job Description

  • Build own sales plan and list of potential clients, including quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales plans;

  • Conduct research and build effective approach strategies for each strategic clients;

  • Collect intelligence related to the demand, market, and competitors through daily activities to continuously upgrade the plan;

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients;

  • Coordinate, manage and resolve account maintenance issues;

  • Manage effectively the sales process through prospect development, proposal, presentation and closing negotiations to achieve company goals;

  • Support to build and upgrade sales materials, as well as drafting business proposals and contracts;

  • Other tasks according to assignment from your direct Leader.

Job Requirement

  • At least 6 months of experience in Sales, Business Development and/or Account Service, preferred experience in the digital marketing agency field;

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, persuasion, negotiation and management skills;

  • Strong client service and business-oriented mindset, always put client and business at first;

  • Result-driven, self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team;

  • Willing to learn and challenge yourself to step out of comfort zone;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, pitching.
