Position Summary

As a Digital Account Planner in Halocom, you will maintain a good and healthy business relationship with clients. You will be the primary point of contact between internal team and clients. So, you have to respond quickly to problems that arise throughout projects and provide appropriate solutions.

Beside that, you will attend to develop overall strategic direction for the media proposal and present to clients.

Job Description

Account:

  • Be responsible for building and strengthening relationships with clients, as well as understanding their requirements and objectives to give meaningful recommendations;

  • Act as the main contact point between client and internal team, respond quickly to problems that arise throughout projects and provide appropriate client consultation;

  • Manage the entire campaign and collaborate closely with other teams to ensure that the project achieves KPIs on schedule, within budget and with good quality;

  • Support in doing paperwork, following contracts, contract terminations and payment process.

Planning:

  • Take campaign's brief from Clients, develop effective communication to debrief as well as get clear information and campaign expectation;

  • Lead and collaborate with Internal team to develop overall strategic direction, build up and present thorough Media Plan & Media Proposal;

  • In charge of researching, collecting data and analyzing, getting the right data and digging deep to digital consumers insights;

  • Join in research and development of better solutions and services for the company.

Job Requirement

  • At least 6 months of experience as Account Executive/ relevant position;

  • Have knowledge of Marketing/Digital Marketing;

  • Excellent management skills and ability to multi-task;

  • Superior Problem-Solving Skills;

  • Excellent customer service abilities;

  • Outstanding negotiation skill;

  • Good presentation skills;

  • Skills in researching, analyzing & synthesizing data;

  • Logical and critical thinking.
