ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate, manage, develop the Content Creative department with three teams.

Content Creative (60%)

  • Develop, implement and evolve the content strategy based on social analytics & social data platforms.
  • Create innovative, high-quality content creatives to reach the project‘s objectives and beyond.
  • Monitor the success of content creation - relating projects.
  • Update trends and knowledge to the team.
  • Oversee all creative contents from plan-to-execution of each client within the deadline and control the content excellence.
  • Measure the effectiveness & provide recommendations for future campaigns improvement & efficiency.

Team Management & Development (40%)

  • Build, develop and manage high-performing teams to achieve breakthrough results following business objectives.
  • Get involved in the team member recruitment & performance review process.
  • Coach & train team members to deliver the effort that suitable with company‘s projects
  • Support to build and promote key-value & culture of Content Creative Department
  • Have a plan to manage, maintain and develop resources that serve the team‘s daily work.
  • Manage the team‘s content strategy execution daily, including but not limited to research, copy, content, report to best serve the campaign‘s KPIs & performance.

Report to: Managing Director

Promotion: Can be promoted to Senior Content Manager, Content Creative Director, Operations Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • Marketing/Journalism/Economic majors relating.

Knowledge:

  • Have experience working as a Team Supervisor/manager or similar roles in digital marketing/social media relating industries/agency.
  • The ideal candidate will be passionate and articulate with the ability to analyze the implications of online communications and messages
  • Must have a cutting edge interest in social media and be abreast with the fast changing nature of social media and ensuring that new opportunities for engaging with customers are realized
  • Have knowledge about data analytics tool/software is a big plus.

Skill:

  • Excellent in social writing skills
  • Be proactive and highly motivated; demonstrate the ability and desire to work independently and confidently, but as part of a team
  • Be good at communication & presentation skills
  • Be good at English skills are preferred
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills are essential
  • Experience in project management with flexibility to adapt to various project situations

Experience:

  • Have at least 2 years’ experience in digital marketing with related positions (Social Media/Content - Supervisor/ Manager)

Personality:

  • Willing to learn and enjoy new challenges. High sense of responsibility, result-oriented.
  • Be self-servicing and able to act on own initiative where necessary.
  • Capable of learning new technologies and optimizing working processes to meet projects‘ needs.
  • Have ownership mindset - never say never attitude.
