[HCM] freeC' Client: Key Account Manager (Korean Native)

Mô tả công việc

  • Maintain and take care of Korean clients of the company to develop relationships;
  • Analyze the market
  • Find out potential Korean customers, recommend and sell services to develop system of Korean customers in Vietnam of the company
  • Working closely with other sales staff
  • Participate in internal quality assessment, discovering and recommending current or potential problems with service and workflow. At the same time, improving business methods, company services, and working activities
  • Report to the Board of Directors on work performance and results
  • Perform other duties of the company as assigned by the Board of Directors

Yêu cầu

  • Have bachelor’s degree with majors Business, Commerce, Economy,…
  • Have a solid knowledge of logistics and import/export
  • Candidates with working experience of sales position in logistics field are preferred
  • English: Upper-Intermediate
  • Korean: Native
  • Skill: Communication, Analysis, Problem-solving, Critical thinking
  • Be proactive, positive, adaptive
  • Have a development orientation, clear ambitious goals

Quyền lợi

  • Salary: Attractive salary + % bonus (negotiable depending on capacity in interview)
  • Working time: From Monday to Friday: from 08:00-17:30; Saturday: from 08:00-12:00
  • Annual leave: 12 days in accordance with Labor Code regulation
  • Visa: DL Visa. Temporary Resident Card for after 3 months
  • Have insurance allowance (health insurance & social insurance)
  • Once a year return ticket to home country
  • Have allowance of accommodation, food, and beverage
