[HN][Agency] AnyMind Group: Business Development Executive

Engage in search and research to identify prospects
Get updated and educated on every product of the company
Prepare reports, collect and consolidate market information
Work closely with senior managers on prepping pitches and closing sales
Own the voice and the narrative in every conversation/pitch
Establish a positive and promising vibe at every step of the process
Assist and maintain a smooth and timely on-boarding process to kick-off and execute 1st projects
Work closely with BD managers in prepping new briefs/ new plans to realize new sales opportunities
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predict clients’ objectives and deliver the solutions to clients
Work closely with AM team and 3rd party vendors in progress, timeline, and deliverables
Ensure clear and consistent communication with internal and external teams in every step of the project
Keep track of the sales process and progress on each client on a weekly basis
Keep sales performance updated on internal sales systems on a weekly basis
Work closely with Legal and Accounting on contracts and paperwork
Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor Degree
Good command of English and Vietnamese
1+ year (s) experience in sales role(s) (refer B2B model)
Experience in sales or digital marketing is a plus
Eager to learn, positive attitude, receptive to feedback, and excited to hone your skills.
