A, GENERAL DESCRIPTION

This position is responsible for managing all aspects, building and maintaining strong relationships with KOLs/ KOCs/ influencers, who are suitable with company directions and market needs, to meet the purposes and objectives of the business.

B, MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. KOL & KOC Influencer Partnerships (70%)

  • Explore, build and maintain relationships with KOL/KOCs and KOL agencies
  • Conduct targeted talent mapping
  • Create partnership proposals by combining existing ideas, concepts, and opportunities
  • Lead, draft and manage the negotiation and contract execution for talent partnership
  • Define a long term talent strategy includes management and engagement plan
  • Analyze & monitor talent performance
  • Collect feedback from talents, and suggest solutions to improve talent's satisfaction and the company services
  • Keep up with industry trends, identify best practices and scalable KOL/KOC initiatives across platforms and contents

2. Business Growth (30%)

  • Responsible for company’s revenue target relating to brands and contents
  • Work with internal teams to implement and execute the plans for clients including content creation, marketing and brand development.
  • Developing and implementing growth opportunities in existing markets; and creating long-term value for the company.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth based on company directions and industry development needs.
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager.

C, REQUIREMENT:

  • College or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Over 3 years professional experience in KOL /digital marketing, preferably with a creative agency, influencer agency, or entertainment company
  • Powerful network in influencer and entertainment management industry
  • Lifestyle, & Beauty experience is a big plus.
  • Adept in social media content strategy and ideation
  • Strong leadership skills, interpersonal and people management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and able to work well with cross-functional skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Good at English both written and communication.
