JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the leadership of Business Development Unit Head, the Senior Business Development Executive is responsible for achieving individual sales target and company other KPIs.

Business & Partnership Development (70%)

  • Build & implement personal business action plan (weekly/ monthly/quarterly/ annually) following the unit’s strategy, direction & sale target; Assist unit head to build unit business plan
  • Frequently monitor personal performance and report to line manager inclusive of pipeline tracking, gap analyses
  • Responsible for direct sales including: identifying & approaching new prospects, preparing proposal, negotiating & closing deals; Building and maintaining rapport with them
  • Develop expertise in relevant areas required to maximize performance combined with building both business and personal branding
  • Ensure ethics/ code of conduct in selling services; Ensure compliance with Company policies

Team Contribution (20%)

  • Strictly adherence to the training requirements of company & department
  • Proactively conduct self-reflection as well as frequent catch up/performance review with line manager for improvement
  • Proactively participate in all internal activities, provide personal feedback/initiatives for company development in any kind of aspects
  • Encourage to involve in internal activities or projects/initiatives with different roles for new experiences
  • Support unit head to maintain high performing team
  • Comply and promote key value & culture of BD department and company

Others (10%)

  • New market potential unleashing: Support Business Unit Leader continuously relook at client feedback and market needs for product and service innovation and optimization suggestion
  • Other duties as assigned by line managers or company

Promotion to: Business Development Supervisor

Report to: Head of Business Development

REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, Marketing/Advertising or related fields

Knowledge:

  • Experience in Marketing/Market Research is a plus

Skill:

  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusting working relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Excellent verbal and written English and Vietnamese communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Spreadsheet & Docs

Experience:

  • Min 2-3 years of sales experience in social listening, market research, media & advertising, software solutions

Personality:

  • Proactive, ambitious and aggressive for sale
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset
  • Strong business mindset, result-oriented with entrepreneur spirit & can-do spirit
  • Fast learner, open-minded, flexible and adaptable for changes
