Overall View of the Job

Senior Account Manager is responsible for the ownership of overseeing client’s projects by leading and monitoring our 360° Communication Campaign. He/She has to connect both client & internal teams effectively to ensure the high-quality of each projects. The role of this position also includes of coaching for junior team members.

Job Description

  • 78% – Project/ Client management;

  • 10% – Coaching direct team;

  • 10% – Learning new knowledge and skill set;

  • 2% – Coaching cross functioning team.

Job Requirements

  • Have experiences working in an international agency;

  • Have experiences working in Western agency is preferred;

  • Have 7 year experiences working in advertising agency;

  • Previous position: Senior Account Manager;

  • Have knowledge of digital planning and execution;

  • Have knowledge in IMC planning and execution (from ATL to BTL) is a plus;

  • Master in client servicing;

  • Familiar with beer/ alcohol (dark market);

  • Strong ownership, leadership and Team-working;

  • University degree.
