We are looking for a Technical Manager to join our Technology Team, someone who takes responbility for planning technology solution, managing and consulting its effective implementation as well as performance throughout the lifecycle.

Technology Manager must be familiar with project objectives, as well as the role and function of each Team member to effectively deploy the scope, manage resources involved in the project and stakeholder’s expectations.

What you’ll do:

• Consult technical solution / strategy to solve Client’s problem and meet objectives
• Take responsibility to plan, manage deployment and optimize performance of new or existing solution, working and leveraging resources from interdisciplinary Teams
• Ensure project’s outputs are QA’d and delivered on time
• Estimate relevant costs, timings and resources to deliver expected solution, utilizing established processes and tools
• Actively track project status, performance, raising up risks and issues

Great candidates often have:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and technology consultancy / production
• Successful cases and passion for implementing marketing (CMS, CRM, e-Commerce, Analytics and others) and advertising technologies (DMP, CDP and others)
• Strong project management and time management skills, flexibility to adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced, multi-cultural and deadline-driven environment
• Ability to work independently with passion
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
