1. ACCOUNT SUPERVIOR (Sales & Retail Unit)
- Key execution contact for all in-store execution activities, working closely with Sales and Trade marketing
- Participate in projects management: bidding, deployment, liquidation.
- Consolidate and update retail operations standard in a timely manner (e.g. Field reports/ information) and provide initial analysis on retail execution to Sales, Product and Trade Marketing
- Develop strong client and customer relationship by obtaining alignment and developing and delivering on mutually established goals through regular engagement.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- At least 3 years’ experience in agency or trade marketing of FMCG companies
- Formal project management qualifications are desirable.
- Excellent commercial skills with attention to detail
- Fluent command of written and spoken English.
- Leadership skills and a positive attitude.
- Independence and initiative.
- A structured and disciplined approach to project management.
1. ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (Sales & Retail Unit)
- Assist Account Manager to work with related departments (HR, Field Operation, Technology…) to planning and deploy projects.
- Support project manager to prepare proposal, quotation, contract, project charter and liquidate project.
- Assist project manager to lead project execution and deliver excellence execution to meet KPI and service quality committed with Client.
- Prepare daily report, weekly report and final report and update clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 6 months – 1 year experience in advertising agency, trade, client services, event, activation
- Basic project management skill
- Ability to develop lasting professional relationships with clients
- Proficient in English and Vietnamese (Written, Spoken)
- Good at MS Word, PPT, Excel
- Creativity and organization
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
