Job Description - Social Content Executive

o Experience

• Bachelor major in Marketing, Public Relation, Linguistics.

• 1-2 years of working experience.

• Have experience in related positions is great.

• Have knowledge in automotive is grand.

• Willing to grow and thrive is gorgeous.

o Qualification

• Good writing skill in English and Vietnamese.

• Be organized, be responsible and be efficient.

• Work under pressure.

• Problem-solving mindset.

• Be able to work independently and multi-task in a team-oriented environment.

o Task description

Social content planning and execution (60%)

• Champion ideas for new content and innovative ways of engaging and reaching audiences on existing social media platforms.

• Update trends and rivals’ activities and adapt quickly to work.

• Contribute to the brainstorm process with other teams for creative solutions.

• Support Strategic Planner and Senior Content to develop proposal (key message, tagline, content pillar, article outline, demo post,...).

• Work with the Account team to create and follow a strict content development and marketing plan for each client.

• Research more ideas in terms of creative visual content. Providing direction and feedback to Design team to ensure high quality visual execution.

• In charge of content for projects including Advertorial, Editorial PR articles, facebook post, Ads, script idea, etc.

• Quality control outsourcing and freelancing.

• Receive request from Senior Content.

Social media and community management (40%)

• In charge of Proposing ideas and new channels with Account team and Planning team based on client’s requests.

• Create gorgeous copies of community topics in Proposal.

• In charge of building and growing social channels of IRISGO’s clients, including Facebook community, Facebook fanpage through executing weekly content.

• Propose community plan in term of idea, tactics, financial, resources, KPI, timeline and manage execution after approval.

• Manage channel activities to keep users interaction.

• Weekly analyze and report progress to Senior Content and monthly report to Managing Director.
