JOB DESCRIPTION:

PLANNING & PITCHING MANAGEMENT (50%)

  • Developing Client Brief (incase Client brief verbally)

  • Making Debrief for internal teams, focusing on the values of Objectives - Quality – Costs based on Client Brief

  • Be able to debrief clearly and give exact proposition and direction to internal team to develop proposals

  • Collaborating with Strategic Planning Director, Creative Director, Art Director, Senior Copywriter, Account Director.

  • Managing the Process - Compliance - Standards of presentation decks

  • Meeting client objectives, values, budgets, and deadlines

  • Ensuring brand identity and message consistency across channels

  • Brainstorming with the Creative Team with the development of concepts, strategies, plan, and client presentations

  • Working with “homiez" across departments & disciplines to apply best Account Service practice

  • Managing paperwork, quotation and follow-up payments.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (30%)

  • Preparing Credential for new Clients

  • Making case-studies of BP

  • Identifying new business opportunities

  • Nurturing business relationships with current Clients

  • Managing BP’s platforms (Fanpage, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Youtube)

CLIENT CARE (20%)

  • Building and maintaining good relationship with existing and potential Clients

  • Taking in care Clients regularly

  • Reporting performance daily to Business Development Director

REQUIREMENTS:

Background:

  • BA in Marketing/ Advertising or related field

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in communication/digital/advertising agencies

  • Excellent problem solving skills

  • Good at time management skills

  • Outstanding negotiation skills

  • Fluent in spoken and written English skills
