OVERALL VIEW OF THE JOB

The Junior Art Director is the one who can conceptualize, art direct and demonstrate his/her draft skills to ensure art quality for all outcomes.

We are looking for people who has excellent graphic design skills and working experience in advertising industry. He/She will produce art layouts in response to creative briefs with the support of Copywriter/Line Art Supervisor.

He/She will be expected to quickly develop a strong working knowledge of our F&B Japanese clients’ business challenges.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• 70%:

  • Handling big F&B Japanese clients;

  • Cooperate with Copywriter/Line Art supervisor to produce art layouts as requested;

  • Cooperate with line supervisor to develop communication plan and execution: from shooting to amplifying & sustaining on all platforms: TV program, website, digital, booklet …;

  • Ensure art quality for all outcomes;

  • Cooperate with other Creative team members, Client Service team, STP team & Final Artwork team and produce design materials;

  • Obtains client approval, respond to client commentary and requests;

  • Report to line managers & internal frequently.

• 30%:

  • Working with 3rd parties to produce the final artwork (TVC, TV Program, KV, Cooking tutorial clips,...);

  • Taking pitches for various clients.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Working in advertising industry;

• At least 3 years of experience as Designer;

• Good experience in layout design;

• Good understanding and experience in F&B;

• Small project management;

• Creativity;

• Vision;

• Supervision;

• Exellent graphic design skills: Photoshop, Illustrator, Wacom ...;

• Multimedia content development;

• Video, digital, printing publishing skills;
