SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (ACTIVATION)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Duties:

  • Provide day-to-day management of assigned accounts; ensure that client campaigns, reports and projects are functioning appropriately and delivered accurately.
  • Day-to-day management of advertising campaigns to stay within budget requirements
  • Serve as liaison between client and all internal departments for the tactical execution of all campaigns
  • Accurately set up client campaigns based on deliverables
  • Provide regular status reports to Account Director and Client regarding the status of all key initiatives
  • Provide accurate and thorough ongoing business projections, both internally and externally
  • Ensure the accuracy of client invoices for all services
  • Collaborate with Account Director to develop innovative solutions to the problems facing clients
  • Engage with clients and work collaboratively to exceed expectations

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Age: from 23 to 28
  • Have 3-4 years of working experiences.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
  • Good communication, negotiation, presentation, time management skills
  • Good business sense and the ability to work to budgets
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
  • Bachelor Degree required, or Master degree is plus
