- Determine media strategy according to business objective, target audiences and insights, determine the best media mix and budget phasing according to the media strategy
- Monitor and optimize advertiasing strategies for varying audiences, creative variations and channels.
- Perform daily campaigns management on paid platforms
- Regularly report advertising campaign results (including revenues and costs)
- Analyze the campaign data and suggest any changes to the plan if needed for better result
- Target KPI’s, analysis and suggestion for next period
- Take part in campaign planning stage as guided by direct supervisor
- Update new trends and relevant knowledge
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Reading comprehension Google data; Writing Media plan.
- At least 1 - 2 year experience in Media Performance Executive
- Have experience in marketing channels: SEM, SEO, Google Adwords, Social Media …
- Knowledge of marketing knowledge and branding, be a proactive and good communication
- Salary: 10M - 15M
- 13th month salary (or 14, 15 based on performance and business results)
- Health insurance and unemployment insurance policies (according to Vietnamese Law)
- Company Trip 1 - 2 times / year; Vacation 12 days/ year.
