OVERALL VIEW OF THE JOB

The Senior Art Director is responsible for successfully delivering innovative and thoughtful creative services in a tactical and strategic manner. He/She is able to think conceptually and possesses an aptitude for visual design that serves to elevate the quality of the work that flows through the agency.

We are looking for a “hands on” leader who is able to conceptualize, develop, and produce integrated marketing materials from ATL to Digital assets. He/She should inspire, mentor, and oversee the professional development of the Creative Art Team while nurturing a strong culture of collaboration across departments.

He/She works closely with the Account Service, Strategy, Media of both digital and traditional teams to effectively pitch strategy-driven creative ideas both internally and to the agency’s clients based on a solid rationale.

He/She will be expected to quickly develop a strong working knowledge of our clients’ business challenges in order to create innovative and conceptual solutions right out of the gate.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Art Direction for brands;

• Oversee Art directors under;

• Ideation with team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• ATL and/or Digital agencies;

• At least 6 years of working experience in advertising agencies;

• Previous positions: Art Director/Senior Art Director;

• Having knowledge of production (in print, TV, digital, BTL);

• Well-versed in art direction in all materials from ATL, BTL to digital;

• Remain up-to-date and ahead of the curve with the latest marketing trends, techniques and technologies;

• Creative, professional;

• Team leader/player;

• Patient;

• Bachelor of Arts.
