JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Receiving requirement and evaluate criteria of project KPIs
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support, make sure all reports are correct before reporting to customers
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Co-operating with HR departments for recruitment, training
  • Co-operating with IT department to ensure the data system run smoothly and firmly.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, Marketing, Foreign Languages (English)
  • Experience working inside a major filed marketing, and insight into how to get things done.
  • Formal project management qualifications are desirable
  • A structured and disciplined approach to project management
  • Ability to build positive working relationships across teams from varying cultures, and maintain these relationships over a sustained period of time
  • Independence and initiative
  • Leadership skills and a positive attitude
  • Cultural awareness and affinity.
