Key Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing & Social Outreach

- Work alongside the account teams to define the right approach/action for influencers to meet the set objectives.

- Identify and integrate relevant influencer/communities channels to action plans

- Work alongside the account teams to define and manage the social strategy, focus to social outreach campaign

New solution

- Work with other teams in the company to leverage all capabilities, assets, , identifying needs for content partnership and be able to present in a compelling way to clients and other partners.

- Keep the leading role in Influencer/Content partnership among industry, always be updated and provide solution ahead social trends

Job Description

- 40%: Set social/influencer approach & direction, to create proposals that addresses clients' briefs and beyond.

- 30% : Extend the brand strategy, consumer insights and creative big idea into a full-pledged social/influencer campaign.

- 10% : Connect digital channels and all METUB's assets to client business & propose plans that drive growth opportunities.

- 10% : Others- Assist & support other teams if needed.

Job Requirements

- 2-4 years experience working in a digital agency as a social/influencer planner

- Proven ability in creating high-quality social & influencer strategy proposals

- Deep understanding & strong working knowhow of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google, TikTok…) and Influencer

- Know-how about YouTube Trending Chart, BSI and other industry award

- Superior communication skills for internal communication and client-facing situations.

- Strong presentation and speaking skills ability both in Vietnamese and English

- Independent, determined; loves taking responsibility and problem solving.

- Strong strategic and creative thinking with a passion for delivering best-in-class work.

- Pushes for the best possible work and stands-up for great ideas.
